Betrayal at Mystery Mansion

Updated: Feb 26, 2020

I’ve never preordered a board game as fast as I just did with Scooby-Doo: Betrayal at Mystery Mansion! Based on the original Betrayal at House on the Hill, one of my all-time favorite board games, Betrayal at Mystery Manor features 25 haunts based on the adventures of the Scooby gang. According to this page on Avalon Hill’s site, the game is 3-5 players ages 8+ indicating that gameplay might not be as complex as that of the original Betrayal or its D&D spin-off Betrayal at Baldur’s Gate.

I’m unbelievably stoked for this game to find a home in my game room, which will be May 20th according to Avalon Hill. I’m eager to see if it can fill the shoes of its predecessors in the Betrayal series!
